From foundation-setting powder hybrids to quad eyeshadow palettes, these are all the noteworthy releases for the season below.

Happy Skin Cosmetics has switched its focus to beauty tools. The twist? It’s in collaboration with beauty content creator Marj Maroket. The Happy Skin Cosmetics x Marj Brush Collection features seven beginner-friendly entries, including a buffing brush, foundation brush, all-around powder brush, cream cheek brush, setting brush, concealer brush, and all-around blender.
